The MBDEV Client Portal is exclusively for our current clients, providing a seamless way to report issues with your existing website or MBDEV service through our ticket system. Need to flag a problem? We’re here to help!
You can also use the portal to request exciting new features or schedule a meeting with MBDEV Boston to brainstorm ideas, discuss consultancy, or enhance your current service plan. It’s all about keeping your experience smooth and tailored to you!
How long do tickets or requests usually take?
If you’ve been with MBDEV for a while, you know we go all out to tackle any task our clients throw our way. We’re committed to delivering top-notch results and an exceptional experience with our service plans—so much so that we’ll even work weekends to make it happen!
That said, most tickets are resolved within 6 to 12 hours, depending on the urgency and complexity of the issue. For more critical requests, it might take up to 48 hours, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you in the loop with regular progress updates.
*Clients on one of our MBDEV Admin Retainer Plans always jump to the front of the line.
For clients not subscribed to a monthly Admin Retainer Plan, we are pleased to continue offering our dedicated support. But due to our growing client base, we have implemented a discounted hourly rate of $60 for non-retainer clients to maintain the highest quality of service.
Please note that any issue resolved in less than 30 minutes will not incur a charge.
We remain committed to addressing every ticket and request with utmost care, keeping you informed on timelines throughout the process.
How do I know if my issue qualifies as 'critical' for faster resolution?
Great question! When you submit a ticket, you can choose from three urgency levels:
Normal, Medium, Critical.
Normal covers quick fixes like minor design tweaks or small feature requests, which we typically resolve in 6 to 12 hours.
Medium is for issues that need a bit more work but aren’t showstoppers—like functionality updates—which we aim to handle within 24 hours.
Critical is reserved for major disruptions, such as a site crash, broken payment system, or security issue, and these can take up to 48 hours, or less depending on complexity.
Just pick the level that fits your situation, and we’ll prioritize accordingly—keeping you updated every step of the way!
